Written public comments submitted by 4:00 PM on the date of the meeting will be provided to the Board in advance. Individuals may also provide public comment in person at the primary or teleconference locations during the meeting.
 
Individuals wishing to address the Board on any non-agenda items within the Board’s jurisdiction may do so, including matters related to policies, regulations, and procedures; programs, services, or operations of GCC and its schools; or fiscal matters. The Board may not act on items not on the agenda, but may briefly respond, ask clarifying questions, or refer matters to staff. (Gov. Code §54954.2, §54954.3)
 
Individuals may also submit comments in support of or in opposition to any item being presented to the Board for consideration.
 
Written comments will be provided to the Board for review and will not be read aloud during the meeting. Individuals submitting public comments are limited to a single comment per agenda item. Comments should be limited to 600 words (3,000 characters) to align with the three-minute time limit.
