Gateway Community Charters offers transcripts and student records free of charge for all our current students and alumni. To request a transcript, please follow these steps:

We process transcripts on a first come, first served basis. Please allow 3-7 business days for your request to be processed. For all requests, please ensure that you include a copy of your current state or government-issued picture identification, matching the student's name as recorded in our system. If you are submitting the form for your child or for someone else, please be sure to include the "Student Permission Release" form with your submission.

Parents and students are able to access unofficial transcripts via the Aeries Parent Portal. If you do not already have an Aeries Parent Portal account, please check out our Parent Portal page to learn how to sign up.  

 

To access the transcripts, once logged into the portal, click on Grades within the menu. When the Grades menu appears, click on Transcripts. You can view and print out the transcript for your records or to provide to employers and other companies.
